Psalm 127:1

Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.

James 1:5

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

1. Thank God for the rains that the country has received and the crop stand in some parts of the country. Pray that God will preserve our crops from any disasters.

2. Pray for improved security in the country. Pray that Malawi Police Service will up their game, allowing God’s wisdom to guide their operations.

3. Pray for a successful supplementary voter registration for all the phases. Pray that all stakeholders will be diligent and that no anomalies will be experienced. Pray that there will be no complaints at the end of the exercise.

4. Pray for God’s intervention in fuel shortages that we will have a lasting solution to this problem. Pray against the greed that is aggravating the situation further.

5. Pray for successful 2025/26 budget preparations as Ministry of Finance holds consultative meetings with stakeholders. Pray that they will also consult God.

Praying for Unreached people groups

Luke 19:10; Romans 10:14-15

1. Thank God that these unreached people groups are known by God and He cares that they should not perish.

2. Pray that those who have never heard about Christ will get to hear about Him. Pray that God will start preparing their hearts for transformation.

3. Pray that God will raise up Christian missionaries to this part of the world and that they will have the courage to go.
