Acts 1:8 (ESV) “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

o The Holy Spirit has been sent to the church to empower us to fulfil God’s mission and our personal God-given dreams. Thank God that we are not left alone and powerless.

The Holy Spirit plants and replants God-given dreams

Joel 2:28 (ESV) “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh;”

1. Pray that the Holy Spirit will plant dreams in us that represent God in the earth

2. Pray for the activation of God-given dreams for those who abandoned their dreams.

The Holy Spirit infuses life into dead dreams

Romans 8:11 (ESV) “If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.”

o Pray that as ICA members, we will yield to the Holy Spirit to resurrect the dreams in our lives that died as a result of being powerless.

The Holy Spirit replaces fear with boldness

2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV) “for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”

1. Pray that Christ's devoted followers will act in faith and not be afraid.

2. Declare that I have the Spirit of God, which gives me power, love, and self-control.

The Holy Spirit empowers us to pursue dreams (Acts 1:8)

o Pray that as believers we should always remember that what God starts by His Spirit, He also empowers by His Spirit to completion.

The Holy Spirit protects dreams despite opposition (Gene 50:20)

o Thank God for the Holy Spirit, who works behind the scenes to protect both the dreams and the dreamers.

The Holy Spirit empowers us for witness (Acts 1:8)

o Pray that as Spirit-filled, born-again Christians, we will honor God’s mission to share the grace of God with others.

The Holy Spirit brings dreams to fulfillment (Ephes 3:20; Phil 1:6)

o Pray that we will keep sowing in faith until our dreams are fulfilled, knowing that what the Holy Spirit starts, He finishes
