Psalms 46:9-10 (ESV) “He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire. Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”

1. Israel & Iran war: Pray earnestly that God should intervene in this war to cease. The repercussions are numerous and will affect many nations. Pray that believers will not be spectators but will intercede for the war to end fast.

2. Ukraine & Russia war: Civilians are suffering. Women and children are suffering. Pray for God’s speedy intervention to make this war cease and that life should come back to normal for the inhabitants of the two warring nations. There is nothing impossible with our God, Luke 1:37.

3. South Sudan war: Too many internally displaced people as a result of the ongoing conflict. Women and girls are being sexually victimised. Pray that God will come through and end this social unrest. Pray for emotional healing for the victims of gender abuse.

4. Ethiopia tribal wars: Pray for peace and harmony to reign among the fighting tribes, Romans 12:16. Pray that social services like health and education will be restored in the areas/regions where such services have been disrupted due to the wars.

5. India plane crash: Pray for the grieving families to be healed of their pain of losing their loved ones. Pray for the solo survivor to be healed of his trauma. Pray that amidst this great tragedy, the Indians and all nations will know God and exalt Him.
