1 Samuel 1:5-6

But to Hannah he gave a double portion, because he loved her, though the LORD had closed her womb. And her rival used to provoke her grievously to irritate her, because th LORD had closed her womb.

1. How do we process hardship when scripture says (The Lord closed her womb)?

 a) Pray that the church will turn to prayer, trust in Gods promises and find strength in His word when facing the acts of God,

 b) Pray for preservation, grace and joy, recognizing Gods role as a helper during acts of God

 c) Pray that the church will trust in Gods sovereignty, recognize that everything is from Gods hand and that He is in control.

 d) Pray that the church will remember Gods promises, meditate on and pray based on Gods promises. Pray for the church to draw strength from His word when facing acts of God.

 e) Pray for the church to have increased faith over fear. Pray that we will choose to believe in Gods goodness and faithfulness even when we don’t understand
