Praying for Urban Missions Pre-Conference Activities

D. Prayer for healing, protection, and effective evangelism (11–27 October 2025)

Main Prayer Point: Pray for hospital visits, whistle-stop crusades, and morning prayers that God’s healing, protection, and revival fire will manifest, impacting many lives.

1. Pray for healing: May the Lord touch the sick during hospital visits, bringing restoration and peace.

o James 5:14-15 – “Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.”

2. Pray for protection: May the Lord surround everyone involved, with His angels, keeping them safe in all activities.

o Psalm 91:11 – “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”

3. Pray for evangelistic success; May God empower all evangelistic efforts to reach souls and bring them into His kingdom.

o Mark 16:15 – “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

4. Pray for revival and boldness: That God will fill all participants /ministers in various ways with the Holy Ghost, giving boldness and power to be witnesses.

o Acts 1:8 – “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
