Thanksgiving for Sunday Services

“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV)

1. Thank God for the great anointing and presence of God in all services on Sunday and the ministration of our Pastors and all units involved (All Nations Worship, Media, protocol etc) during the services. Thank God for the souls that came to the Lord and the healing and restoration of souls during and after the service arising from the preaching of the Word of God.

2. Thank God that All Nations Worship Team will live by the name, covered by Christ’s blood, immersed in His anointing and filled with God’s presence as they each time lead the church in praise and Worship.

3. Thank God for the successful Urban Missions Pre-conference activities (Hospital Visitation and College Outreaches) conducted last Saturday. Thank God for the salvation, healing and deliverance of souls. Thank God that He will protect and complete every work started in each one of them. Thank God that His Holy Spirit will keep inspiring and convicting hearts till they come to the knowledge of Christ and God the Father.

Sermon-Based Prayer – Isaiah 2:1-22, Luke 3, Ezekiel 47

1. Praying for the Church (ICA’s) Unity as God’s Family: Pray that ICA will grow in love, fellowship, and unity, reflecting the family of God. Pray that the lonely, deserted, rejected and oppressed will find family and comfort in the church.

Ephesians 2:19 – “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God.” (KJV)

2. Praying for growth in Evangelism, Discipleship, and Prayer: Pray that the church & ICA will boldly share the gospel, make disciples, and remain steadfast in prayer.

Acts 2:47 – “Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.”

Colossians 4:2 – “Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.”

3. Praying for Influence and fruitfulness in the World: Pray that the church (ICA) will shine as a light, positively influence communities and glorify God.

Ezekiel 47:9 KJV - And it shall come to pass, that everything that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and everything shall live whither the river cometh.
