Indonesia faces significant social, political, and spiritual challenges, including displacement, natural disasters, religious tensions, and growing secular and extremist influences. Millions remain unreached by the Gospel, with many villages and people groups lacking a Christian witness. The nation’s diversity of cultures, languages, and religions presents both opportunities and challenges for unity and governance. Young people, migrant workers, and vulnerable communities represent important mission fields requiring prayer and support. Despite opposition, the Church continues to grow through prayer movements, evangelism, and efforts to bring the Gospel to every people group and community

Prayers:

1. Pray for righteous leadership, peace, and Indonesia’s National stability: Pray that God will raise wise and righteous leaders in Indonesia who will govern with integrity, promote justice, and preserve unity and peace throughout the nation. Pray that the president, vice-president and the People's Consultative Assembly will be courageous, decisive and fair in bringing betterment to the whole nation. Let God unify the Nation. 

Proverbs 29:2 (KJV) "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn."

2. Pray for Indonesia’s spiritual awakening, revival and the defeat of spiritual darkness covering the land: Pray for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit, that will bring repentance, revival, and victory over spiritual strongholds, religious & Christian opposition, and unbelief. 

2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

3. Pray for the preaching of the Word, spread of the Gospel and growth of the Church in Indonesia: Pray that unreached people groups, villages, students, and communities in Indonesia will hear the Gospel, and that God will strengthen churches, prayer movements, and Christian workers throughout Indonesia.

4. Pray for God’s protection and care for the vulnerable in Indonesia: Pray for God's protection, provision, and comfort to all displaced families, migrant workers, children, disaster victims, and all vulnerable people affected in one way or another and that God will be their refuge.

"The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore."
