2 Timothy 4:1–8 (KJV) I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

1. Prayer of thanksgiving for ICA Sunday Services & the sermon thereof. Pray thanking God for the opportunity to hear the Word of God and fellowship on Sunday. Thank God for the coordinated ministration and the preaching of the Word. Thank God for all the media platforms that God used to speak His Word.

2. Thank God for calling us to be His witnesses and for entrusting us with the privilege of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ as per the sermon. Thank God for the grace and strength to serve our God faithfully and for the promise that our labour in His Kingdom is never in vain. Thank and glorify the Lord for the eternal reward prepared for those who remain faithful until the end.

1 Corinthians 15:58, KJV):"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."

Sermon-based prayer points

1. Pray for God’s grace and boldness to faithfully preach the Gospel and make disciples. Pray that our God will empower every believer/ICA members with boldness, wisdom, and faithfulness to proclaim the Gospel wherever He has placed us. Pray that God will help us to preach Christ faithfully, make disciples of all nations, and remain steadfast in fulfilling the Great Commission until Jesus Christ returns. 

Matthew 28:19–20, KJV):"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

2. Pray that the Church/ICA will remain faithful to God's Word and to sound doctrine in these last days. Pray that God will preserve the Church/ICA from false teachings, compromise, and worldly influences. Pray that God will raise faithful men and women who will boldly proclaim His truth, stand firm on sound doctrine, and lead people to salvation through Jesus Christ.

3. Pray for strength to all ICA members to endure hardship, faithfully fulfil God's calling, and finish the race. Pray that God will strengthen every ICA member through the Holy Spirit to remain spiritually alert, patiently endure suffering, faithfully carry out the work of evangelism, and complete every assignment that He has entrusted to us with unwavering faith. 

2 Timothy 4:5–7, KJV: "But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith."

4. Pray that every ICA faithful believer will receive Christ's eternal reward and hear His approval. Pray that God will keep the hearts of all ICA members fixed on eternal life. Ask the Lord to help every ICA member to serve Him faithfully with perseverance and joy, knowing that every act of obedience is remembered by God.
