Praying for Malawi

Show me the right path, O Lord, point out the road for me to follow. Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. Psalm 25:4-5

Prayers focusing on the Needs of the Poor and vulnerable.

1. Prayer: Lord we lift up those who are suffering from poverty, hunger, and disease. May they find relief and provision for their needs.

2. Unity and healing: Pray for unity among the people, healing from past hurts and divisions, and a spirit of cooperation to build a stronger nation.

3. Pray for protection and peace during campaign period.

b) Praying for the unreached people groups – West and Central Nigeria

Luke 10:2 – He told them, The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.

1. Pray earnestly for the Kir people group which is 3% Christianity.

 a) Pray for their hearts to be softened.

 b) Pray for their eyes to be opened to the truth of the Gospel.

 c) Pray that they will be drawn to Jesus.

2. Pray for the people groups with a large percentage of Christianity, to be filled with the Holy Spirit to declare the word with power and boldness.

3. Pray that the Holy Spirit will hoover around all Islamic dominated areas and convict everyone who will hear the Gospel. John 6:44
