They perpetually live a life that pleases God.

1. It is everyone's Responsibility.
   • It is therefore everyone's duty to purge themselves so that they're useful in the great house.
   • Being useful requires commitment to the agendas of the kingdom even when it is not comfortable to do so. (Obadiah and Ananias)

2. Being useful is not necessarily about rank. It requires your availability to be used. Ananias was just a disciple and Obadiah was a governor.
   • Epaphras is one of you a bondservant of christ who labours fervently for you in prayer that the church might be perfect and complete Colossians 4 Vs 12.
   • Paul speaking in Ephesians 1 Vs 15-18
   • Great servants always labour and are consistent.
   • Great servants care so much for God's People.they are loving and compassionate.
   • Don't be a wicked vessel.
3. Being useful also means God can trust us with great assignments (acts 9 Vs 10)
   • It should also be known that, it is God who qualifies people for his work despite their wrong doings or past behaviours. 1 Timothy 1 Vs 15
   • No matter how weak you are, if you have aligned yourself with God's purpose,he will use you.
   • The case of David and his mighty men. 1 Samuel 22 Vs 2, 1 chronicles 12 Vs 22, 2 Samuel
4. Holiness is vital (2 Timothy 2: 19). What fellowship has light with darkness, the devil with our Lord.
   • I bessech you brethren by the mercies of God , present your bodies a living sacrifice holy and acceptable Romans 12 v 1-2
   • The problem with our generation is that we may seem like we're serving,but compromise has been added. Hebrews 13: 21

2. God doesn't give up on people. God uses us not because we're perfect.
3. God didn't call all of us to be visible, be he called us for us to be functional. Don't misinterpret service.
