Praying in the harvest entails that you believe that you have received what you are praying for although it may take some time before you appropriate it physically.

Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Mark 11:24 NKJV.

1. WHAT FAITH IS: 
   • Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 NKJV
   • Faith is substance and evidence. When we pray we might not feel that we have received what we have prayed for but we receive by faith.
2. FAITH IS OF THE HEART
   • For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Mark 11:23 NKJV
   • Faith is of the heart not mind. One can have mind (mental) consent but not faith.
3. YOU CAN'T PLEASE GOD WITHOUT FAITH:
   • But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 NKJV
   • He who comes to God must believe that he exists and he is there while they are praying, hearing their prayer. And that he rewards those that diligently seek him (He always responds).
4. GOD HAS DEALT YOU A MEASURE OF FAITH:
   • For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. Romans 12:3 NKJV
   • God has dealt to every believer the measure of faith.
5. YOUR FAITH CAN GROW/ INCREASE:
   • We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other, II Thessalonians 1:3 NKJV
   • Faith grows/ increases.
6. FAITH COMES BY HEARING THE WORD OF GOD.
   • So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17 NKJV
   • Faith is not prayed for but comes by hearing the word of God.
7. FAITH WORKS BY LOVE:
   • For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love. Galatians 5:6 NKJV
   • Faith works by love.
8. FAITH WORKS WITH FORGIVENESS:
   • “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. Mark 11:25 NKJV
   • Faith works where there is forgiveness.

PRAYER POINTS:

Prayer #1

• Personal Reflection and Prayer
• Pray that God will help you to have regular prayers, meditation on the word to deepen your connection with your beliefs and clarify your values.
• Pray that you will be conscious to journal your spiritual experiences or thoughts in order to build awareness and trust in God in your faith journey.

Prayer #2

• Pray that you will build a habit of studying the Word of God and good spiritual books, Church and church meetings/ conferences attendance in order to build/ increase your faith.

Prayer #3

• Pray that you will purposefully surround Yourself with likeminded faith friends who will encourage you in your faith journey. Pray that God will give you courage to disconnect yourself from ungodly people who always discourage you in your faith walk.
• Pray for a supportive group e.g. Bible Study group, Prayer Group to which you can be a part of and that you be faithful in attending home cells.

Prayer #4.

• Pray that you will be consistent in confessing the Word of God. Continually Declare the promises of God concerning whatever you are believing for from the Lord.
• Pray that you will always focus on the positives in life and keep on recognizing blessings, even during hardship because this helps reinforce trust in a higher plan or purpose by God.

Prayer #5

• Pray that you will make deliberate effort to walk in love and forgiveness even if people hurt or offend you.

Prayer #6.

• Pray for boldness and discernment so that you will practice your faith by praying for people to receive salvation, healing and whatever needs they have because faith will be boosted by practice.
• Pray that you will live out Your Beliefs
