Praying for ICA Missions Team & Rev and Pastor Mama Kachala

Praying for ICA Missions Team
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26)
“The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” (2 Corinthians 4:4)
1. 1. Thank God for the leadership of Pastor Joel and Pastor Jerry and for the commitment of the Missions Team to preach the Gospel for a great harvest. Pray that the Lord will continue to strengthen, guide, and anoint them for fruitful ministry.
“Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’” (Matthew 9:37–38)
2. Pray for the plans in place to reach Lilongwe city and other places across Malawi, especially the upcoming urban missions emphasis with various outreach activities in the city culminating in a conference in October. Pray that God will provide the right people and resources, open doors of opportunity, and prepare the way for the Gospel to spread with power and impact.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
3. Pray that many will hear the good news of Jesus Christ. Pray for receptive, teachable, and softened hearts among those who will hear the Gospel, that they may understand, believe, and be transformed by the Word of God. Pray for a great harvest of souls to the glory of God.
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26)
4. Pray against all powers of darkness that hinder the preaching or understanding of the Word. Pray that every veil over people’s eyes will be removed, that the god of this world will no longer keep them blind, and that the light of Christ will shine into their hearts.

“The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” (2 Corinthians 4:4)

Praying for Rev R. Kachala and Pastor Mama E. Kachala
“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8)
1. Thank God for Rev. Kachala and Pastor Mama Kachala, for their ministry in building capacity to preach the Gospel to the ends of the earth, and for their faithfulness to God’s call.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
2. Thank God for all that they have accomplished so far and for the grace given to them to serve faithfully. Pray that God will continually refresh them and fill them with His Spirit for even greater impact.
“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8)
3. Pray for continued advance and enlargement of their ministry, that new doors of opportunity will open, and that God will always remain at the centre of everything they do.
“Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.” (Isaiah 54:2)
4. Pray for God’s providence, protection, good health, and that every need will be met for them and their family. Pray for covering over their children, relatives, friends and all that concerns them and their ministry so they may focus fully on God’s work without distraction.
“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19).
