Praying for the Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Enson Lwesya & The Missions Ministry

1. Praying for The Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Enson Lwesya - Faith under test, pressure but GOD will rescue him from them all!

Daniel, a faithful servant of God, faces political jealousy and a law designed to trap him for his devotion to prayer. Despite the threat of death, he continues praying to God. As a result, he is thrown into the lions’ den. But God sends His angel to shut the lions’ mouths and delivers Daniel without harm.

“Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house... he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.” Daniel 6:10 (KJV):

“My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me...” Daniel 6:22 (KJV):

1. Praying for God’s Presence and Protection

a. Thank God for His omniscience and pray that, just as He was with Daniel in the lion’s den, He will be with Rev. Dr. Enson Lwesya and Pastor Christine Lwesya through all trials, surrounding them with His presence and protection.

2. Praying for Spiritual strength, faith, boldness and divine deliverance

a. Pray that they will stand firm under pressure, remaining faithful and uncompromising in their walk with God, drawing strength from His promises and presence as Emmanuel.

b. Pray asking God to shut the mouths of every lion and that God will be able to save them from any temptation.

3. Praying for God’s provision, anointing and Divine favour

a. Declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that God shall meet all their needs, withholding no good thing from them as they serve Him faithfully.

b. Pray for continued integrity and unwavering commitment to God's call, and that through their deliverance and testimony, the Name of the Lord will be glorified.

2. Praying for the ICA Missions Ministry

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Matthew 28:19–20 (KJV)

a. Thanksgiving for the great commission and the call to discipleship

i. Thank God for commissioning us to go into all the world, not only to preach the Gospel but also to teach and baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Mark 16:15).

b. Prayer for Spirit-led missions and anointed laborers

i. Pray that every mission will be birthed in prayer, led by the Holy Spirit, and empowered by grace—raising faithful, Spirit-filled leaders like Barnabas and Saul to carry out God's work (Acts 13:2–3).

c. Multiplication, growth, and impact of the harvest

i. Ask God to multiply faithful teachers and workers for the harvest, strengthen current missionaries, and establish the fruit of their labor—churches planted, souls saved, and lives transformed (2 Timothy 2:2).
