Christianity remains a significant global religion, there is evidence of decline in its prevalence, particularly in Western countries, silently in Africa

Matthew 24:12 – Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,

1. Pray against a shift towards secularism. 1 John 2:15-17

2. Pray for grace that people will stop religious switching and disaffiliation from Christianity either towards other religions which do not believe in Jesus or towards no religion at all.

3. Pray for God’s mercy and that younger generations will love the Lord more than older generations.

4. Pray for all Christians all over the world that they may not give up meeting together. Pray that we should not neglect to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing. Heb. 10:24-25

5. It is predicted that between 2010 and 2050, it is expected that Christianity may have the largest net losses in terms of religious conversion (Growth of religion - wikipedia). Pray pleading the blood of Jesus that saves, that between these years huge numbers of people all over the world will be converted to Christianity. Heb. 2:1-2

6. Money gives people options, a greater emphasis on material possessions, more travel and worldly pleasures which can lead some individuals to prioritize these over their faith in Christ Jesus . Pray that people will first fear and love the Lord with all their heart. Pray for grace that people will choose the Lord first over anything else.
