Key thought: A great harvest is impossible with being connected to the Vine, abide in him to bear much fruit. God wants us to bear much, we must move from just bearing fruit to bearing more fruit and hen to bearing much fruit

1. A great harvest requires discipline
   The discipline comes through pruning, pruning is not for the fruitless but for the fruitful!
2. A great harvest is dependent on abiding in Christ and His word
   It is not just about being connected to the Vine but also abiding in his word
3. A great harvest brings glory and honor to the Lord
   A great harvest is proof of true discipleship

Conclusion

There is no meaningful fruit outside Christ!

1. Resolve to stay connected to the vine
2. Yield to the pruning of the Lord for that’s how we bear more fruit
3. One key effective prayer life is abiding in Him and His word – let us present our needs before Him
