The Work of God demands that we discern the Power of Working in Teams

As we work for God we must note the following Truths

1. There is a Great Kingdom Harvest
   • They are plenty people who need God. They are huge numbers in desperately need of help.
     Harassed, Helpless and Leaderless
     Recognize also that the Personal Dreams that God grants you, are usually bigger than you understand
   • The Harvesters are woefully few and cannot manage to complete the Task
   • Finishing the task is dependent on the increased harvesters
   • One Major way to increase the Harvesters is to Pray to the Lord of the Harvest  
     The Lord of the Harvests calls and sends out all harvesters
2. Strategic Partnership is Essential for Every form of Harvesting (Mathew 10:1; Luke 10:1)
   • Jesus showed that quicker and better harvesting must be done in teams
     As Harvesters we would cherish Partnership for it accelerates harvesting  
     Jesus showed despite the workers being few, they are better sent in teams, partnerships
     As he sent them, he showed he had a strategy: Mathew 10:1; Luke 10:1
   • Most of us begin in life very much unfocused on anything. People that accomplish great things are intentional and strategic.
   • Great Achievers know they can’t achieve anything by themselves. They need the Skills of others; they also need the financial contributions of others.
3. The Greatest Strategy in every Harvest situation is the Right People (Romans 15:22-32)
   • As Paul writes this letter, he is strategically recruiting his support base. He is looking for partners to support him penetrate the country of Spain. He believed in the efficacy of the gospel that drives our ambition to go to the other nations.
   • Paul looked for Life Connections that will do three things: Fellowship (Refreshing Visit 24, 32); Financial Resources (24)  and Mobilized Prayer cover (30-31).
   • At various times, you may be the one to provide fellowship to one who desperately needs it; or the Financial breakthrough for another and you may be the Prayer base for another individual.
   • Who are your current strategic life connections as you pursue your dreams? I pray in those linkages your spouse will be one of them.
   • Life connections change with time and seasons. I hope you can at least count up to five life connections at this significant time of your life.
   • For every season of your life, recognize and appreciate the Life Connections God sends to you.
